Progress = pages advanced beyond the furthest page previously reached in that book (re-reading a page counts as zero). 30-day average = total progress over the trailing 30 days ÷ 30. Every calendar day counts, so days with no reading are included as zero.

Per day = lookups ÷ distinct pages visited that day. 30-day average = total lookups ÷ total distinct pages visited across the reading days within the trailing 30 days (window-weighted, so a single short session can't skew it). Days with no reading are excluded.
